·         Viruses
          -          Viral infection is the most common causes of having sore throat, viruses such as flu virus, common cold virus and mononucleosis virus.
      ·         Bacteria’s
          -           Bacterial infection is less common causes of having a sore throat but a bacterial sore throat are more serious than a viral sore throat. The two most common bacteria to cause a sore throat are Arcanobacterium haemolyticum and Streptococcus. 
      ·         Dry throat
          -          Smoking and breathing through the mouth will result a throat dryness and  may trigger of having sore throat.
      ·         Dental health
          -          Poor dental heath can also trigger of having a sore throat.
      ·         Allergy and Irritation
          -           Allergy and Irritation can also trigger of having a sore throat.
